From the moment I arrived, the service and care from the staff, especially the manager Anna, were top-notch. the rooms were beautifully maintained and the comfortable mattresses made it hard to get out of bed. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. the spa facilities were amazing, with a swimming pool, saunas, and hot tub that provided ultimate relaxation. I will definitely be returning to this hotel regularly and recommending it to all my friends. Thank you for the exceptional service and high-quality stay. Cons: Liked everything! 😊.

There is some issue with the late check, in timing, that could cause inconvenience to some guests.

This hotel is truly luxurious and fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were really relaxing and the spa centre was amazing. the breakfast had many things to choose from and the entertainment was great. the room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The staff did not speak English well and there were limited vegetarian options in the restaurant. the hotel still provided a delicious meal.
